Mr. Vatanchi having a decade of experience in finance starting with Edward Jones and IG Wealth Management in 2012 where he spent a combined 6 years before selling his business to pursue his entrepreneurial goals. Mr. Vatanchi graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Simon Fraser University. Currently he serves as CEO of Musk Metals Corp. (CSE: MUSK), CEO of Spey Resources Corp. (CSE: SPEY), and CFO of Triangle Industries Ltd., a reporting issuer.

Mr. Nijjar is currently a Managing Director with Malaspina Consultants Inc. and provides CFO and strategic financial advisory services to his clients across many industries. As CFO of Forty Pillars Mr. Nijjar will be responsible for the financial reporting and other administrative functions. Mr. Nijjar is currently also CFO of Los Andes Copper Ltd., Playgon Games Inc., Oberon Uranium Corp. and Marvel Biosciences Corp.

Mr. Nijjar holds a CPA CMA designation from the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and a BComm from the University of British Columbia.

Mr. Banks is a lifelong international entrepreneur with focuses on technology, blockchain and agritech. Notably, he has built companies from the ground up in wireless technologies, mobile phone gaming and APPs, large-scale plantations, UAV technology, 3-D printing, and cryptocurrency mining. He has served as a senior executive and/or board member of over a dozen publicly traded companies over the past two decades, arranging financings from some of the largest global banks.

Ashish (Ash) Misquith has extensive experience in business development and start-ups. He has invested in multiple private and public companies and IPOs (initial public offerings). He is the founder of Swiftgrade, an artificial intelligence (AI) application that allows teachers to grade students in a timely and efficient manner. Mr. Misquith is an advocate for continuous education and is a former semi-professional tennis player.
